Frederick had dreamed of one day operating inside a tank ever since learning upon the events. As as a child, he had the priviledge of meeting a World War One veteran, a mentor, whom took the part of one of the earliest tank models in warfare. Ever since, a lingering fascination with these mechanical beasts had remained until Frederick's own enlistment.

Frederick Edward Siegfreude was born in Germany on September 8 1921. Little is known about Frederick's early life following the burning of his personal records. Due to this, what is documented about Siegfreude's early life is little to none.
